And of course, we can't forget Jonas Asplind's bass work, because no album is complete without good bass, ain't that right. Adrian Thessenvitz does an excellent job on the guitars and Niklas Müller is outstanding on the drums. But this review is not just about Melissa, just as the album isn't just by Melissa. You can really hear, that this is the style she is most comfortable with. Since she is the primary songwriter for Ad Infinitum, she can finally sing her own style and it is a huge improvement.
However, none of these were HER bands and it showed.
I know Melissa Bonny from her work with Rage of Light, Warkings, and Feuerschwanz and I did like her vocals there.
